Cancellation Policy

In accordance with our Hotel’s cancellation policy & its applicable regulation (art. 8 n. 1652/1986 consumer-hotel relations regulation), in case of cancellation of your reservation for Accommodation, please note the following conditions:

For Cancellation more than 41 days before the expected date of arrival, no charge is made and the deposit is fully refunded.

For Cancellation between 40 and 22 days before the scheduled date of arrival, an amount equal to the value of one night’s stay is withheld. For Cancellation within 21 days before the scheduled date of arrival, an amount equal to 50% of the total cost of accommodation is withheld.

In case of early departure, 50% of the total distribution value as it was planned, for the days that are cancelled, is charged.

In case of no-show, 100% of the total value of the reservation will be charged, as scheduled.

Earlier arrival: 14:00

The prices are valid for stays until 12 o’clock the following day The apartment price for two days (stay beyond 12 o’clock and until 6 o’clock) will be charged reduced by 50% of the agreed apartment price Stays beyond 6 o’clock obliges the customer upon payment of the entire day’s rent
